Microbial Pathogenesis & Host Response Conference

The meeting we attended in September 2023 in Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory was focused on interdisciplinary approaches to studying infectious diseases, integrating the disciplines of molecular microbiology, eukaryotic cell biology, immunology, and genomics. The talks and poster presentations attempted to elucidate the mechanisms of bacterial and fungal pathogenesis and promote the application of these concepts to understanding the evolution of emerging diseases.
